Refund Policy
- A product will be refunded in full if it is deemed inedible or is contaminated, dependant on purchase date.
- To refund a customer the following information will have to be supplied. 1)Name and address. 2) Description of product and packaging. 3)Best before date on base of bag or box.
- Photographic evidence of the problem will be required
- A customer has the right to return goods within 7 days of purchase providing the packaging has not been opened or tampered with. A full refund will be given if the products are returned within 7 days. The cost of the return carriage must be paid by the customer.
